I help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and major life changes. I blend elements from different therapeutic treatments and adjust my approach based on your needs.
I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. I work with adults and children to provide support and guidance to help navigate both the every day, and the more challenging days. Making the decision to begin therapy is a very important step, and just as important as finding the right therapist. I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation during which you can ask me questions. I am available weekday evenings and Saturdays.
