Hello!

I am happy to be able to engage with anyone seeking services and looking for change. I like to keep things as comfortable as possible for everyone so treatment will be paced at whatever pace you feel is best for yourself.

I work with the client's envisioned goals in mind first and foremost. I want to be able to build upon someone's strengths and eliminate feelings of inferiority. I like to help people work towards the best version of themselves and to gain independence by pushing past their limitations.

I work well with anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, cultural-related issues, family/ relationship issues, and issues regarding self-confidence, self-worth, and a sense of meaning.

I believe in small goals being achieved in order to make work towards larger goals. These goals might be anything from daily activities to weekly and monthly. I want people to feel more confident, less stressed, empowered, and above all, in control through the therapeutic process.
