I have been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over 20 years. I have achieved great success with clients by utilizing an eclectic approach which emphasizes individual strengths, fosters the relationships within the family system, while maintaining focus on client-driven goals. I am able to engage people in the therapeutic relationship, earn their trust, and help them recognize their strengths and talents. As people begin to incorporate this reflection of themselves, the motivation for change increases because hope is realized.

One of the areas I specialize in is grief and traumatic loss. I am the Executive Director of The Neighborhood House of Sayville, helping those grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide or overdose. I have 20 years of experience working with teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I am passionate about my work and continually expand my clinical knowledge to provide the most supportive and sensitive therapeutic interventions. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a partnership and uniquely special. Thank you for your interest, I look forward to speaking with you and to begin this journey together.
