Great to meet you!

I work collaboratively with my clients to help them overcome their anxiety and depression and the effects it is having on their daily lives. You might feel as though you have difficulty managing your emotions, a sense of self-doubt that gets in the way of decision making or trouble setting clear boundaries in relationships with others. It could also be an awareness that you are engaging in the same patterns over and over again and aren’t sure how to make the necessary changes on your own.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that the best support I can give to my clients is being warm and compassionate while also direct. Together, we can get to the root of what you are struggling to create long-lasting and effective change over time. We will work together from the bottom up by getting really clear on your values, setting new boundaries, and increasing the connection/relationship you have with yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

I will also help draw connections between how you view yourself, others, and the world around you and how those ideas about the world have shaped how you are feeling today. Together, we can change your perspective on your anxiety, help you heal, and work to become more authentically yourself. This style of therapy helps increase confidence, create motivation, and create positive and lasting changes.
