Taking the first step in finding a therapist can be overwhelming, but finding someone you feel comfortable with can make all the difference! I aim to work with my clients to create a space that is comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe; while still challenging them to make the changes they are looking for.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have been working as a psychotherapist for the last six years. My post graduate training and employment took place in a community mental health center, school setting, and in private practice, allowing me to work with a broad age range, cultural and religious differences. This diverse client population has broadened my perspective, allowing my cultural awareness and sensitivity to strengthen
