I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who listens for understanding and provides challenges and instruction for growth and change. If you have experienced loss, anxiety, relationship challenges, or stage-of-life adjustments, we can work together to build resiliency, identify values and resources, enhance communication with others, and make changes where desired. If you have Christian beliefs that are important to you I am able to incorporate faith-based concepts.
