Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is to help my clients gain insight into themselves and their experience. Through the course of therapy, emotional healing can occur and self-empowerment can be found. I have helped many people with anxiety, depression, and other mental health difficulties. Sometimes just having someone to talk to about life can help. I stand here with outstretched arms.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My expertise is in Person-Centered Therapy, in which there is a collaboration between myself and my clients to uncover blocks that prevent them from growing and thriving. I will work with you to find the courage to change in ways that excite you. I hope to assist you in finding the parts in you that are strong and capable of handling all of life.

What you can expect from our first session

I am here to listen and work to understand what you are going through. I hope to facilitate an atmosphere of acceptance and non-judgment. Talking about your feelings can relieve emotional pain and suffering. If you feel I may be a good fit, I look forward to hearing from you!
