I have work with people with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sex therapy, sexual wellness, career challenges, and codependency. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

I believe that people have the answers to most of the questions that they ask. They just need help sorting it all out.

I try to provide a safe nonjudgmental space for people to sort out their feelings and figure out what they really want from their lives and what they can do to get there.
