A bit about my approach to therapy

The eclectic approach I follow is Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Neurodivergent Informed, NARM 1 Informed, EMDR Informed, Brainspotting Informed, Self-Directed Neuroplasticity Mechanics, including hypnotherapy, and color therapy, and it is framed within a one-hour session following Impact Therapy's Model: RCFFC (Rapport, Contract, Focus, Funnel, Close) Parent counseling consultations are available in combination with ANS self-regulation brain-hacks workshops.

What you can expect from our first session

Trauma-informed, I am certified to apply psychotherapy tools that have been identified as evidence-based to treat the physical and mental damage caused by PTSD. The client is not required to have a specific painful memory recalled to treat their symptoms. Clients leave feeling calmer or more confident/hopeful with the knowledge that they can help themselves!
