My specialization is in individuals, couples and young adults. I am someone who sparks change in people's lives & relationships by listening, exploring thoughts & history, uncovering patterns they may not even be aware of so that they can begin to have more control of their emotions & be excited about their life again.

Multiple therapy modalities are used based on the needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Relational therapy, and Mindfulness.

You might expect your first few therapy sessions to be full of life-changing insights or to feel like a warm hug from the awesome friend you've always wanted. You probably won't feel like that. In the beginning, we're building rapport & it can feel like an awkward, overly personal job interview as I'll collect lots of information about you through your life experiences.

Once we get going, there will be things you're taught & asked to do. These things are strategic to help you improve.
