Over the last 10 years, I have worked in a variety of different mental health settings with children, teens and adults. I have specialize in trauma, anxiety, family/interpersonal conflict, and autism.

My passion is to help you tap into your inherent strengths and uncover your true potential. Helping you understand and resolve challenges in your life is my primary focus.

I take a person-centered approach, in that I want to ensure we are always working on the goals set by you. I provide feedback and education on skills that assist you with achieving your goals. I do have a strong focus on the work you do outside of our sessions.
