A bit about my approach to therapy
Treatment is customized to your particular needs utilizing person-centered and strength based approaches as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness based and compassion focused therapies. We'll find past and present successes to address the challenges you are facing so that you can move forward with confidence and experience the growth you desire. You will learn and understand areas that can be improved fairly quickly that will show you results faster such as how to improve sleep habits, mindfulness practices, grounding skills, and identification of thought patterns and reframing them so you can manage your thoughts and emotions more effectively.
