Great to meet you!

I am committed to helping my clients learn how the mind and body are affected when experiencing uncomfortable feelings. My work focuses on helping clients become aware of unhealthy thoughts and behaviors that contribute to feelings of emotional and mental unwellness. I use a person-centered approach that allows clients the opportunity to become self-aware. I provide support to the client so they can experience personal growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Treatment is customized to your particular needs. Most of our attention will focus on your current strengths. We'll find past and present successes to address the challenges you are facing so that you can move forward with confidence and experience the growth you desire. Clients who work with me experience a great deal of input about the way therapy proceeds.

What you can expect from our first session

I help people discover their core issues and improve relationships with themselves and others. You will learn tools (coping skills) that have been found effective in helping people heal. Helping clients learn to be more present in the here and now is one objective. Another goal is for clients to gain feelings of self-worth, confidence, and a calm mind. If you want to learn ways to calm down and relax, I would be honored to walk with you toward healing and personal growth.
