I believe in the importance of relationships; the relationship you have with yourself and your relationship with others. I work with couples who want to learn effective communication skills, improve emotional/sexual intimacy, and rebuild respect and trust. I work alongside individuals who are on their journey to strengthen their emotional well being, obtain insight into triggers/behaviors, and who are wanting to unlearn old ways of thinking with new ways of being. I believe by exploring and listening to the connection between your mind and body you will create lasting change to transform your life and your relationships.
We will work together to build upon your strengths, gain understanding and self-compassion while also mastering new skills to overcome problems and stressors in your life. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, emotional distress, relationships, Womens health (including pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility), and trauma survivors.
As your therapist, I will mindfully hold space for you while being supportive, compassionate, and empathic to your needs and goals for therapy. You will have the opportunity for emotional healing, being your own catalyst for change and create more meaningful relationships.
