So often, we find ourselves at a crossroads in life. We are either transitioning into a new phase or are completely unhappy with where we are at. It is during these times of stress, anxiety and confusion that we have the opportunity to rise, recreate and redefine who we are and what we want our lives to look like. Redirecting your energy and reducing the amount of related stress will help you build healthy relationships, increase your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

My approach is psychodynamic, goal oriented and solution-focused and is tailored to each individual person. Whether you are an adult or college student and whether you want to focus on self-esteem, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, interpersonal conflict and communication, managing expectations, or redefining your purpose, I can help.

By combining contemplation, discussion and various tools from CBT, ACT and solution-focused therapy, we will look past the obvious so you can find new ideas, strategies and inspirations. Once we identify the stressors, you can then acquire and cultivate the skills you need to function appropriately and happily.
