Great to meet you!

I use a holistic approach to honor the whole person, encouraging clients to connect with their whole-ness through their healing process at a pace that works for them. I work with people dealing with stress, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms, as well as folks struggling with substance use or process addictions. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults of all gender identifications. I have experience working with LGBTQAI+ & non-binary folks, and people living with HIV.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Some of the approaches I incorporate include EMDR, Somatic Processing, Internal Family Systems (parts work), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trust Based Relational Intervention, and energy psychology to assist my clients in better understanding their thoughts, values, beliefs as well as healing trauma that has been held in the body.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a therapeutic environment where each person I work with feels valued, seen, understood and safe. People I work with have reported feeling empowered, calm, and with a new perspective on things that felt daunting or overwhelming previously. I aim for each session I have be of value to the person I am working with and that I am comfortable walking any journey with them for the small amount of their week we spend together.
