Headway

Melanie Rosemberg

Hi there!

Imagine what it would feel like to have true inner peace-knowing that everything is going to be ok, despite the road blocks that life throws your way. Can you picture a day when the inner chatter in your head finally quiets down and you are able to sleep well at night? The transformation from inner-turmoil to inner peace is possible!

I specialize in college students, young professionals, maternal mental health and adult psychotherapy. For the past decade, I have worked with adolescents, Gen Z, millennials, adults and families in a variety of capacities. I am board-certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy. However, multiple modalities are interwoven in my work based on your needs.

At 360° Therapy, we recognize that every person is unique and we make every effort to understand all aspects of one's life in order to deliver a highly personalized treatment plan in order to maximize our chances for success.

Before founding 360° Therapy, I honed my counseling skills by working closely with adolescents and their families in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, clinics, and through non-profit organizations, helping adults and adolescents to overcome a variety of thought, behavioral and emotional disorders.

Through counseling, clients can achieve a better quality of life in a strictly confidential and non-judgmental environment. My mission is to provide the guidance and necessary support to help clients develop their inner strengths and effective coping skills to overcome life's daily challenges and personal struggles.

I look forward to partnering with you. Together, we can get you there!
