Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Melanie Pond. I have been practicing for over 10 years and graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Ohio State University.

I specialize in ADHD, Trauma, Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive concerns. I use solution focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you see your own control within your own life.

**You can email me directly for more booking times and availability at Melanie@pondcounseling.com or call my direct line: ‪(937) 303-8885‬.

A bit about my approach to therapy

If you have ever read the book Harold and the Purple crayon you know that Harold wanted to draw the world the way he wanted to see it, he just had to envision it. I believe that change and improvement in our lives comes from being able to see it, taste it.

I believe in a non-judgmental approach and encourage others to minimize their own judgmental thoughts of themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

After our first session, I hope my clients feel validated and confident in the direction they are going. I expect my clients to come ready and open to working on the goals they create.

I look forward to working with you!
