I use an eclectic approach of Self-psychology, parts-work, and mindfulness-based practices, while integrating more traditional cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic perspectives to support patients in exploring longstanding patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior. Every individual has a unique experience and therefore has unique needs and preferences.
