Great to meet you!

My name is Megan Tarshis, LCSW and I am a stress management expert. Are you struggling with stress? Are you noticing changes in your physical, mental, and emotional health? It's common and happening now more than ever. Join me for a 4-8 session, stress management training series. You will learn about your stress response, including biological reactions, balance in five key areas, emotional awareness, time management, and more. You will gain hands-on techniques that you can implement immediately.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals with stress and anxiety. I graduated from Smith College School for Social Work in 2005. I completed my fellowship at Emory University and oversaw their stress clinic for 10 years. I can help you master your stress. You will develop skills that produce concrete, immediate, and lasting changes. Tools will be accessed through a personalized app and include deep breathing, body scan, grounding through your senses, back to basics technique, and more.

What you can expect from our first session

This 4 - 8 session series can be completed independently or, in conjunction, with other therapy. We customize app resources via my site engage.megantarhis.com that you can access anytime. You will take away personalized strategies to reduce stress and have more ease, balance, and manageability in your life.
