I believe strongly in the mind and body connection when it comes to our healing, and utilize strategies in my work that involve full expression of emotion at the cognitive and somatic level. This means I incorporate movement, breath, and body work in combo with traditional talk therapy.
I have received training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and use this approach regularly in my practice. It is my belief that there is nothing wrong with you, and that the healing and wisdom you seek can be found within yourself.
