Great to meet you!

Glad you're here! I have been helping youth and adults for more than 10 years in the mental health field and I'd love to help you.

In my professional career I have helped clients in the school setting, inpatient facility, and in private practice. I aim to use my knowledge and understanding to help tailor our time together.

My specialties include anxiety, mood, relationships, depression, trauma, parenting, life transitions, self-esteem, ADHD, and school challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to bring kindness, genuineness, and humor as I support and guide you. I will teach you skills and help you gain greater self-awareness so you can feel better again. In this process I am likely to use many techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Narrative therapy tools but I aim to tailor our time together to make it most meaningful for you.

What you can expect from our first session

On our journey to a primary goal, I would love to help you feel better soon so I aim to teach a technique in the first meeting. Progress is most likely to happen when we know what we can use to work through symptoms.
