Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am glad you are here! I have a passion for helping people know themselves better and process their lives and concerns. I am comfortable discussing any issue that you might bring up and can aid in helping you achieve a healthier and more fulfilling life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with a variety of people with struggles such as anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, relationships, and more. I primarily work from a psycho-dynamic perspective that seeks to understand individuals’ unconscious motivations and desires that contribute to our conscious life.

What you can expect from our first session

I take great interest in people, their inner workings, their desires and needs, and I have a passion for helping people better understand themselves and how they are wired. I seek to provide an environment that fosters trust, self-discovery, compassion, healing, and grace. I believe people can heal and grow when the learn to acknowledge and accept themselves and where they are at.
