Making the decision to embark on a therapeutic journey takes a lot of courage, I welcome and recognize the efforts that have led you here today. At one point or another, everyone experiences life challenges that can lead to overwhelming emotions. This can present itself as stress, burnout, inability to think clearly, anxiety or depression in your life.

From my perspective, therapy is more than just treating a “problem.” Therapy is about self-care, self-reflection, self-compassion and healing.
