Great to meet you!

I have had great success with clients who need more than just traditional "talk therapy". I incorporate mind-body techniques, such as Hypnosis/Guided Meditation; Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT); and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP is an approach that focuses on the subconscious mind by studying brain neurology and linguistics. I am also ICBCH Certified Professional Hypnotist and a Professional Life Coach. I offer virtual sessions in both FL and NY.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and client-focused. I customize sessions based on my clients' needs. Even though I am trained as a marriage and family therapist, I specialize in trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders and primarily use CBT and Solution Focused therapy that goes hand-in-hand with my holistic approach and hypnotherapy services. I only work with a max of 15 clients a week that are 100% committed to the process and attend at minimum bi-weekly sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

I teach my clients skills and provide a variety of tools and resources. I am myself a trauma survivor and have spent over 20 years creating my own approach and I always seek the most advanced techniques in the fields of behavioral medicine and personal growth. In addition, I have been meditating for over 20 years and also do self-hypnosis in addition to regular exercise. I am living proof that even the most severe trauma can be overcome.
