Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a therapist and clinical social worker with several years of experience. I am non-binary and speak English and Spanish. I have worked with all kinds of clients and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, BPD, psychosis, and substance use concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The most important elements I bring to therapy are a strong curiosity, warmth, and motivation to support you. I think it is important to view myself less as an expert and more as a collaborator. We can work together to figure out what would be most helpful to you, whether that is making changes in your life, building skills, or shifting your perspective.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for you to come away from working with me less overwhelmed, and more living in accordance with who you are, what you want, and what you believe in. The first step is to find a clear understanding of the situation you're in and what you want to do about it. Then, we can make a plan and work together on achieving that.
