Seeking therapy is a courageous action. For the last 10+ years, I have cultivated expertise in the areas of co-dependency recovery, relationship concerns, and stress management for burnt-out professionals (or at risk of burnout). My background includes extensive work and training with trauma, concerns related to emotional intimacy, acculturation issues and problems related to work dissatisfaction or occupational stress.

Warm natured, energetic and encouraging, I work with adults in individual therapy. I am a strong proponent of evidenced based modalities such as CBT, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness based therapy approaches.

Therapy can serve as an opportunity for personal growth and gaining emotional tools that will enhance resiliency. I help individuals find balance between physical and emotional health and develop goals that align with personal values.
