Great to meet you!

I received my M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Rutgers University and have practiced as a family therapist working in child welfare in NYC for several years. I have experience in family therapy, couples' therapy, and individual counseling. I have experience working with children/adolescents and adults. Some of the issues I can help you with are parenting/family issues, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, parent-child relational issues, and couple relational issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My clinical work is grounded in the belief that we are all unique and the experts of our own lives. We ultimately hold the answers to our problems, but at times, having a different perspective can help us uncover our full potential.

What you can expect from our first session

To provide you with the best quality of treatment I utilize an integrative approach tailored to the needs of each client. I employ evidence-based approaches such as solution-focused, cognitive behavior therapy, structural family therapy, brief strategic family therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
