I’m an experienced psychotherapist who works with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships, self-esteem and decision making. I help my clients use their strengths to improve their quality of life; help them face challenges, cope with stress, improve confidence and build strong positive relationships. My experience working with diverse populations at local community centers, out-patient mental health clinics and other settings makes me accessible to clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
Together we will build a plan that feels comfortable for you. I use interventions such as CBT, DBT, acceptance and commitment and others, together with skills on communication, emotional awareness, mindfulness and organization. I empower my clients to learn how to implement these skills and start using them right away.
