I am a therapist licensed in Texas with over 10 years of experience working as an individual and group therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life challenges, and anger and stress management.

My therapy style is warm and interactive and driven by your goals. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

I like to provide exercises to work on between sessions, am open to feedback from clients. Also, I tell corny jokes at times and can not draw well (however this does not stop me from doing so during sessions).
