I am an LCSW with 30 years of experience helping individuals grow, change and navigate life's twists and turns. We all know that nothing stays the same - but steering through these events sometimes requires a professional to help navigate.

Therapy is a collaboration. Together we will explore where you are, where you want to go and the best way to get there. Unconditional positive regard is a cornerstone of any therapeutic relationship and I operate from this basic principle. I also have a toolbox of counseling techniques to draw on. As everyone is different, so is our work together.

In our sessions, we'll explore the steps you can take to move you in the direction you would like to go. I want you to leave sessions believing that you have the power to make positive changes in your life. I absolutely believe you already know the answers to your questions. My role is to help you give voice and action to those answers.
