I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey and North Carolina (by endorsement). I received my BA degree in Psychology from Saint John's University and my MA for Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University. For over 15 years, I have been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families with challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, grief, relational concerns in hospitals, schools, private practice, and in-home and community based settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am committed to compassionately supporting and guiding all of my clients on their courageous quest toward personal growth and well-being. My goal is to educate and empower you by providing practical and powerful tools through empathy, non-judgmental atmosphere as well as meeting you where you are at.


Approaches to therapy I use include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Rational-Emotive Therapy, Behavioral Therapy.

We will work together as a team to identify goals and create a treatment plan in order to begin journey of emotional healing and well being.
