Maria graduated from Alliant international University with a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy (Accredited by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy). Her goal is to help her clients to move towards a hopeful balanced future and regain a sense of normalcy.

She utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Maria provides a safe and non-judgmental space where one can express themselves freely without fear of criticism or rejection. Maria also helps individuals build stronger relationships with others by improving communication skills and fostering empathy.
