The rapid changes, the overwhelming information and rollercoaster of emotions that 2020 has brought New Yorkers has shown us that stability can be uncertain. While uncertainty may linger, there are tools and skills that can be learned to help navigate life’s biggest moments with the help from the right therapist for you. My goal as your therapist is to give you a safe, nonjudgmental and supportive space to help you move through the situations you feel stuck in. My passion is to help you figure out what is best for you without ever acting like the expert of your life. My career has allowed me to work closely with my clients during life transitions, work through communication problems in their relationships, help pinpoint and work through teenage behavioral problems that effect the family unit, working on a healthy relationship with their body, grief and mourning and working through current/past traumas. Together we can process, build coping mechanisms and plan for future moments where you are left feeling unsteady. Every client that I see in my office or virtually has an individualized course of treatment that starts with the clients most important goals. Feel free to contact me to see if we would be a good fit! I look forward to hearing from you.
