Great to meet you!

I find purpose and satisfaction in providing A.R.T. along with other time tested evidenced-based therapeutic tools. After talk therapy alone, I was continually hijacked by my past experiences and my battery was low. I had repetitive doubts, tears, and triggers. A.R.T. connected new pathways in my brain which allowed me to reset and move forward. Today, I enjoy nature, spending time with family and friends, art, paddle boarding and meditation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based, caring and empowering. You are the expert on you and your life story is of utmost importance. Together, we set the pace. A.R.T. jumpstarts positive transformation by connecting the emotional brain to the thinking brain. This makes new mind-body pathways which empowers clients to let go of what no longer serves them. These new pathways create a ripple effect and heal many aspects of life.

What you can expect from our first session

Regardless of age and background this is a time of turmoil that is leaving many people overwhelmed. If your battery is low, professional treatment can help. With the interventions I specialize in, you will reach a new sense of relief, resolution, inspiration, and empowerment. Trusting relationships are essential to the therapeutic process. In our first session, I complete an intake form and get to know you by listening to your needs and goals. I provide time to answer your questions.
