Great to meet you!

I am known for my warm, authentic, and light hearted approach. Clients appreciate that they do not feel judged and they have an open space that feels safe to share. Therapy is direct and solution oriented. We look at where the struggles come from and what can be done now to get onto a more optimistic path ahead.

My expertise is in neurodiversity, parenting, family relationships, behavior change, and mindfulness. I am a nationally recognized speaker and trainer on these topics.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy needs to be practical and accessible. I borrow from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness practices to work together toward a path that is consistent with your goals and intentions for your life or your family's life.

What you can expect from our first session

A fresh and more optimistic perspective. Therapy is an opportunity to let go of baggage, process emotion, and see the possibilities for your life to be in alignment with your authentic self. Your authentic self may include that sense of aliveness, creativity, energy connection, joy, openness, resilience, and self-compassion. All of these values are inside of you and in therapy we can work to remove blockages so these naturally content parts of yourself can flow freely in the present moment.
