Great to meet you!

My experience includes individual and group therapy. The experience working in a clinical setting encompasses emotion comprehension and regulation, goal acquisition, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, developing boundaries, building resiliency, overcoming procrastination, relapse prevention, stress management, healthy living, sleep hygiene, and overcoming adversity. I genuinely believe that therapy can improve the quality of your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer psychotherapy that emphasizes a deeper understanding of the whole self. My primary objective is to create a safe and healing environment that promotes a cooperative therapeutic relationship to explore goals and modes of reaching them. I utilize a person-centered approach that can foster partnership through challenges with attaining desired goals. The space we create ensures that you are not alone.
