Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that specializes in trauma recovery & healing as well as work around self-discovery & identity. I see my job as providing support, validation, & relational safety to individuals experiencing stressful or life-changing transitions. I am passionate about providing safe spaces for LGBTQ individuals, especially those processing family conflict & religious trauma. I also provides services to clinicians experiencing trauma at work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that you are an expert in your own life and experience; therefore, my therapeutic approach is flexible so that each session can be client-centered and client-directed. All of my work, though, is relational, empathetic, and trauma-informed.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal in doing this work is that my clients feel that their stories are heard and that they have a consistent, non-judgmental space to process and grow into their most authentic selves.
