We'll share creative hacks (trauma focused work) that harness your imagination and deepest truth. My clients are ready to work, and willing to practice what we cover at home, so you have more grace and grit. Set up a consult here: https://my.timetrade.com/book/3MC6G. A bit about my approach to therapy

Often therapy methods can fail if it's just talk. Full healing requires right brain experiences and using your imagination - that part's fun!. I'll give you a great foundation for handling any challenge, and clearing blocks. You'll be active in therapy, finally getting the support to move ahead. A recent client was done in 8 sessions, and left feeling more peaceful and in control. She appreciated that we could include the metaphysical and spiritual side of growth. Honored to partner like this!

What you can expect from our first session

A trained therapist, life coach and professional intuitive, I want you to be independent and get help fast. Trauma can be cleared and empower your best self. You get to a calmer, more fulfilled place quickly, especially if you practice some of the meditation and hacks for homework.
