As a clinician, I utilize my extensive and varied knowledge and experience to provide education and an individualized strength-based person-centered therapeutic approach to confronting the presenting problem in order to empower healthy people which will nurture healthy families and build healthy communities.

The approach to psychotherapy is Integrative and views each person as a unique individual with very distinct psychological constitutions that require an adaptive approach. There is no one size fits all approach, but instead, I design a treatment plan based on the individual needs and desired outcome of each client.
