Great to meet you!

Hello! I am an LCPC in IL. I have 14 years of experience providing therapy.

Please contact me for additional availability for sessions.

I have vast experience in working with caregivers of people living with Alzheimer's disease, women, people of color and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Do you want to get rid of imposter syndrome or learn how to love yourself? I have helped people attempting to cope with many concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, relational issues, career & self-esteem

A bit about my approach to therapy

I used methods of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions-focused brief therapy (SFBT), internal family systems (IFS) and motivation interviewing to help clients overcome obstacles and reach higher potentials.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session will allow us to really get to know each other. We will work on setting goals for what you hope to achieve in our time together. I may encourage homework assignments, if together, we feel it would be beneficial. I work to provide a safe environment where we can both be honest about what is and is not working. During sessions, I will check in and I am open to feedback as well.
