Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Spanish and English) who works with adults and adolescents. I specialize in depression, anxiety, low self esteem, interpersonal relationships, attachment issues. I believe we all have the capacity to overcome our struggles. Sometimes we need a little push and someone to help us be aware. I commit myself to be that person! I welcome you to try the beautiful process of therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approaches are the following: Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy and Reality Therapy. I like to include some Mindfulness approaches as well.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create a warm and non judgmental space where the participant can feel comfortable to share their story and become conscious of their emotions. I can be an observer and a guidance that can lead the participant to be more aware of the situations and support them to make the better decisions for themselves.
