I believe that we all have the answers to life’s challenges within us; we may just need a little help to tap into our inner selves to bring them out. As a clinician who conducted crisis assessments and counseling in various emergency rooms for over 14 years, I have a wealth of experience with multiple issues, scenarios and approaches.

I believe that everyone deserves to he heard and I also believe that everyone's issues are valid. I incorporate cognitive behavioral, goal-oriented, client-centered, cultural sensitivity and psychoeducational models to assist individuals in processing life’s stressors.

Our first session will be for information gathering, after which we will set goals. Our sessions will be collaborative sessions in which you will be empowered to work through your therapy goals.
