Relationship Issues and Stress

Great to meet you!

I provide therapy to adults. My special interests are working with issues that commonly impact individuals throughout life. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood swings, relational conflict, grief and loss, career transitions, and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will affirm the client's faith perspective and autonomy. I strive to offer a positive, non-judgmental and holistic approach to therapy, implementing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems theory with a Christian perspective. I am also fully trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP).

What you can expect from our first session

If you are searching for a safe and positive space to address the most profound struggles and wounds of your heart, reach out to me! I offer a therapeutic experience implementing effective scientific psychotherapy methods with open hearts, minds, and sincere compassion.
