Great to meet you!

I am a generalist with experience in treating children, adolescents, adults, and families in a number of treatment settings including hospitals, residential treatment, private practice, and primary, secondary, and college settings. I am a doctoral-level Licensed Clinical Psychologist as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have held a professional license since graduating my first master's program in 2009.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe individuals fare better when a holistic approach is taken to their care. We operate better socially, occupationally, emotionally, and physically when we feel better psychologically, and visa versa. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, addressing various issues from hiccups that upset the proverbial applecart, to chronic conditions, interpersonal struggles, and everything in between. It is a privilege to be part of your journey through life's challenges and successes.

What you can expect from our first session

I enjoy working collaboratively with others, and the aim of each session will be tailored to the needs of the person in front of me. While there may be times you may need help in shaping your goals and moving forward in your life, it is my wish to help you feel empowered and practice tools for success in your daily life.
