My name is Dr. Lisa J Perlson, OTD, OTR/L, LMFT and I am a parenting and child development expert with 15+ years' experience. Licensed as both and Marriage and Family Therapist and Occupational Therapist, I have the unique experience of being able to look beyond the scope of one discipline to truly understand the whole child and the family as a unit. I have always believed in creating an honest, supportive and practical space for parents.

As a licensed MFT and OT, I bring a holistic approach to my practice, addressing the physical, emotional, and relational aspects of my clients' well-being. I am known for my warm demeanor, empathetic listening skills, and ability to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I believe in the power of humor and strive to infuse positivity and laughter into each therapy session, making sessions not only effective but also enjoyable experiences for my clients.
