Are you feeling unhappy, stuck or overwhelmed? Are you struggling with relationship issues, work stress or challenges with family members? Are you or your loved ones struggling with addiction? Together, we can explore your current behaviors and beliefs and begin to unpack how your experiences from the past may be impeding your ability to live peacefully and purposefully in the present. I will help you relieve your distress, strengthen your inner resources and sense of self and develop more authentic ways of communicating in order to enrich the relationships in your life.

I work with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self esteem, addiction and those curious about understanding attachment styles. The goal of my work is to help you uncover patterns and behaviors that don't suit you anymore and arm you with tools to navigate making small changes and adopting healthier coping skills.

My approach to therapy is active, collaborative and warm. I draw from a variety of modalities to find the most supportive treatment for you as you advance towards where you want to be. I will integrate Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with mindfulness and awareness techniques.
