My approach to therapy often begins with evaluation and involves individualizing treatment. Not all anxiety disorders present the same. Not all psychotic disorders present the same. Diagnoses are just informative labels. It is important to take a biopsychosocial approach in order to best individualize therapeutic needs, which leads to better outcomes.
