I am an extroverted NY-native who loves helping individuals recognize the value of their minds, bodies, and money. I am passionate about helping the LGBTQ+ community, women, military/veteran and their families, and those who are dealing with grief.
A bit about my approach to therapy
My therapeutic approach involves Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (which connects thoughts, feelings, and behaviors), Motivational Interviewing (which explores our goals, behaviors, and how they work together), and Solution Focused Therapy ( which explores small and applicable solutions in life).

In a session, you can expect a safe and confidential space where you will be respected and can freely share without judgment. You will be encouraged to explore solutions to life’s challenges in new and challenging ways.
