I use Mindfulness to help people distinguish themselves from their thoughts and feelings, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to change the way they feel by changing how they think, and develop unconditional self-acceptance. Unhealthy and unhelpful negative emotions are then replaced with healthy and helpful emotions which drive us to reach higher.
