Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical therapist in California and Maryland with over a decade of clinical experience. My counseling style is warm, compassionate, respectful and sensitive to your needs. It takes courage, time, and effort to ask for help and enter into a therapeutic relationship so my goal is to create a comfortable and empathic environment. My role as a therapist is to help you reach your greatest potential.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Have you been feeling like you're stuck in a rut during these challenging times? Have you been triggered and re-traumatized due to past trauma? We can process your situation using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy supplementing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and integrating Motivational Interviewing. I provide psychotherapy using a strength-based eclectic integrated theoretical approach and tools based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Symptom Targeted and Mindfulness-based Interventions.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you are adjusting to a life event, having relationship issues and career challenges, or need help processing past traumatic events, you have come to the right place! My clinical specialization focuses on helping you manage depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and adjustment issues. Your treatment plan and our time together will be tailored to meet your needs and support you in having psychological flexibility. I look forward to taking this journey with you!
